Police are investigating the incident that occurred in front of the Ferneau Restaurant on Kavanaugh Blvd. in Little Rock, Arkansas when four people were asked to leave by an off-duty police officer that was working as security. Two men, 40-year-old Chris Erwin and 44-year-old Blake Mitchell who were accompanied by two women refused to leave, and an argument with the officer developed into a struggle.

In an attempt to arrest Erwin, the officer used brute force and repeatedly hit him in the face until he was stopped by the eyewitnesses.

What he didn’t know is that the whole incident was caught on camera, and the video is now available on Youtube. There are still no official police comments on the case.

There is no official police comments because the police don’t give a da@m, cops beat up people all the time and they do not go to jail even if their caught on video committing these crimes.

Cops are caught on video all the time killing people and beating people up and they do not stand trial in a criminal court of law because the police and prosecutors approve of these cops crimes.

That man was assaulted and battered by a off duty cop, last I looked assault and battery is felony’s in that city.

Stop calling it police brutality and call it what it is, assault and battery, felony’s!
